She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hayden; her daughters, Gina Collins, Teri (Carl Guthrie), Nikki Garrison, Shelli (Jon Overacker) and Cynthia Gifford; her stepchildren, Monica, Russell Frick, Emily, Chad Gehring and Hayden; and her sister Roberta Hoover.
