He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Burgess and Maxine Rhodes Burgess; and his nephew Lucas Storckman. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Hooper; his children, Erica Kipper and Joshua Burgess (Brooke); his siblings, Dusty Rhodes Burgess, Kelly Page Burgess and Debbye Elain Storckman; and his grandson Corvin Burgess. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
