He was predeceased by: his mother Rachel Mittelstet; and his siblings, Katy, Donna and Carl. He is survived by: his father Edward Mittelstet; his wife Dee; his children, Chris, Shawna, Aaron, Chad, Rebecca and Carla; and his siblings, Vicky and Eddie. He is also survived by 13 grandkids and one great granddaughter.
