She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Lewis of Mannford and June Porter (Wilcoxson) of Cleveland; her spouse Valerie Pratt; her brother John Lewis (Angela) of Mannford; her siblings-in-law, Michael Ward (LaDonna) of El Dorado and Jeanine Ward of Topeka; and her nephews, Justin of Mannford, Dillon Lewis of Mannford, Devin Ward of El Dorado and Philip Layton of Abilene. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
