He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Fitzpatrick Jr. and Ilo Pugh Fitzpatrick; his stepmother Ann Blackmore Fitzpatrick; and his sister Mary Margaret Hanna. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hunsberger Fitzpatrick; his son John E. Fitzpatrick IV (Heather); his granddaughters, Reagan Amelia Fitzpatrick and Victoria Taylor Cochran; and his brother-in-law Cyril Hanna (Cyd). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
