She is survived by: her children, Thomas Kelly of Sand Springs, OK, Casey and Regina Kelly of Tulsa, OK; and her grandchildren, Anna, Alex Englebright of Wagoner, OK, Zoey Kelly of Tulsa, OK, Katelynn, Kenneth Boutwell of Guthrie, OK, Allyssa Martin of Tulsa, OK and Izzy Kelly of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
