He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Louise Caldwell of Sand Springs, OK, Catherine Marie Mathewson of Hereford, AZ, Richard Eugene Forbes of Cleveland, OK and Timothy Allan Forbes of Lee's Summit, MO.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
