He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Bartlett and Alberta Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Jackie, Glenda, Carolyn and Jentia; his son David Bartlett of Mannford, OK.; his sisters, Sherry (John Harelson) and Kay Blackmon of Schulter, OK.; his grandchildren, Kylie, Shelby, Dustyn, Alex, Cooper and Kensley; and his great grandchildren, Maddox, Olan and Paxton.
