He was predeceased by: his parent Eddie Lou Snipes; his daughter Rebecca Varner; and his brother James Snipes. He is survived by: his child Bethney; his wife Gayle Snipes; his son Justin Snipes (Kristi) of Dewey, OK; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Jacie, Cayden and Grayson. He is also survived by son Sister: Gwen Parker of CA 2 Nieces 1 Nephew.
