It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuela Tijerina Pineda of Mangum, Oklahoma, born in Karnes City, Texas, who passed away on May 6, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Tijerina and Amalia Tijerina; her siblings, Eulojio Tijerina, Eduardo Tijerina, Trinidad Ortega, Maria Tijerina, Jovita Yruegas and Marina Hernandez; and her daughters, Olga Molina, Maria Guadalupe Molina Pineda and Lupe Pineda.
She is survived by: her former spouse Augustine Molina; her spouse Otilio Pineda; and her children, Damiana Herrera of Mathis, Texas, Armando Pineda (Christa Parenteau), Delores (Gregory Esparza), Natividad (Cecilia Pineda), Juanita Molina (Bob Hamilton) of Mangum, Oklahoma, Santos Molina of Mangum, Oklahoma, Rufina Gonzalez of Panhandle, Texas, Ascension (David Ricketts), Rose Mary (Ricky Sauseda), Flora Tijerina Pineda (Gerry Chavez), Raymond Pineda of Mangum, Oklahoma and Nicky (Mitchell Bennett). She is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren (plus 2 on the way), and 48 great-great grandchildren.
