He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Mildred Larkins (Overstreet); his sister Erma Overstreet Allen; his children, Charles Eugene Ray of Birmingham, AL and Mildred Loretta Ray Riggins; his adoptive children, Michael of Altus and Tina Ray of Altus, OK.; his brother Randy Larkins of Oklahoma City; his cousin SallyAnne Tillman; and his grandchildren, Jainto L. Riggins, Donald Riggins Jr. and Christen L. Riggins-Reed. He was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
