He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Norton and Felicia Shults Norton; and his sister Marjorie Lovelace. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Lynn Norton and Delbert Wayne Norton; his grandchildren, Justin Norton, Jerry Norton, Tyler Norton and Joshua Norton; his great grandchildren, David Norton, Lora Norton, Jayden Norton and Sean Norton; his sisters, Norma Jean Montague and Shirley Ruth Baird; and his nieces and nephews, Timothy Baird, Torie Morris, Joe Chambless, Jalen Waltman, Cory Lovelace, Chad Lovelace and Kyle Lovelace.
