He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ritter and Myrtle Bell Combs Ritter; and his brothers, John Robert Ritter, Billy Lee Ritter, Wesley Lane Ritter and Floyd Neal Ritter.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Louise Ince Ritter; his siblings, Effie Ada Thompson and Skipper Ray Ritter (Peggy) of Mangum; and his children, Teresa Louise Pena (Freddy) of Sinton, Roy Dale Ritter of Headrick, OK and Cynthia Dianne Clark (Tom) of Mangum. He is also survived by nine Grandchildren and Sixteen Great Grandchildren as well as numerous other family members and friends.
