With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Byron Border Kelley of Mangum, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Kelley and Iona Kelley; and his son Keith Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Moore; his daughter Kim Martinez (Jorge); his grandsons, Kelley Martinez (Shawna) and Heath Martinez (Christina); and his great grandchildren, Triston, Emily, Nacole, Alexis, Jaxon and Murphy.
