He is survived by: his wife Christy Gaines of Madill, Oklahoma; his children, Chase Cavitt (Kara) of Marietta, Chance Cavitt (Emily) of Marietta, Zack Melton of Mead, Dale Martin and Hunter Martin of Madill, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Haven, Kash, Memphis Matthews, Jaselyn "Bird" Cavitt, Hailey Martin and Cashlee Martin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
