She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Smith and Nella Mae Smith (Moon); her siblings, Wanda, Brenda, Pam, Diann, Jimmie Lee, Vera and Lloyd; her daughters, Sharrie Perry and Karrie Koonce; and her great grandchildren, Blaine Sechrist and Flint Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Roy Perry; her children, Dale Perry (Darlene), Richard Perry (Karen) of Princeton, TX, Robert Perry (Marilyn) of Atoka, OK, Johnnie Perry (Pauline) of Caney, OK, Thomas Perry of Madill, OK, Angie Sechrist of Madill, OK, Kelsie Perry of Madill, OK and Michelle Barnard (Bill) of Hughes Springs, TX; and her brother Michael Smith of Atoka, OK. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, many other dear friends, and relatives.
