He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Collis Minter and Ethel Lee Hibdon Minter; his siblings, Jane Eppler and Jery Minter; and his nephew Michael Minter.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Cassell; his brother Paul Minter (Carol); and his nephews, Stephen Minter (Nicole) and David Eppler (Tracy).
