She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Franklin Newcomb and Rosa Victoria Ashe Newcomb; her husbands, Fred Franklin Lawson and Ruben J. Gayler; her son Jerry Don Lawson; and her brother Jerry "Sonny" Newcomb of Chandler, OK.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amy Cox (David) of Lone Grove and Robin Lawson (Brandy) of Sulphur, OK; her great grandchildren, Dylan Rady, Justin Lawson, Brendan Lawson, Derek Cox and Courtney Cox; and her great great grandchild Carter Rady.
