He is survived by: his wife Maurine Rigsby; his son Chuck Mitchell of Madill; his brothers, Leon Rigsby of Houston and Ralph Rigsby (Eileen) of Wolfe Point; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Stowers (Gary) of Madill, OK, Bud Hale (Terri) of Madill, OK, Gerald Hale (Janie) of Tulsa, OK, Monte Hale (Jan) of Bartlesville, OK and Leslie Hale (Nancy) of Long Grove, OK.
