With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Herschel Beard (Madill, Oklahoma), who passed away on June 18, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Norvell Ayres Beard. He is survived by: his wife Sue Jennings of Sulphur; his sons, Wade (Bobby) of Oklahoma City and JT; his fiancée Jenny of Norman; his grandchildren, Jack, Henry and Melody; his close friend Reese; and his sisters, Mary Beth Scott, Jane Papke and Nancy Kerr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and countless close friends.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Madill, Oklahoma or the Fran Drummond Day Care Center, Madill, Oklahoma.
