It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Leon Bishop (Madill, Oklahoma), born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 1, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocial James "Tooter" Bishop and Odessa Page Bishop; his brother Ronnie James Bishop; his grandparents, Orel Elmer, Hazel Dovie Bishop, Arthur and Mary Ellen Page; and his aunts and uncles, Wanda Arterberry (Alfred), Bernice Laird, Irene Weaver, Opal Moss (Pap), Melvin Bishop, Delmas Bishop and Jerry Bishop.
He is survived by: his former wife Suzanne Nelson; his wife Suzanne Bishop; his children, Jimmy Wayne Bishop, Oklahoma Jamie Leon Bishop, Alabama Jason Dewayne Bishop and Oklahoma Cynthia Suzanne Fisher; his grandsons, Jeremy (Toby Bishop), Garrett, Ethan (Bethani Bishop), Colton (Izabelle Bishop), Wyatt (Lexi Nations) and David (Eli Fisher); his great grandchildren, Bryleigh Marie and Lawson Leon Bishop; his siblings, Ernie Bishop, Carolyn Self (Willie), Roxie Hargis and Connie Arneson (Randy); his nephews, Kennan Hargis (Krystal) and Will Shawn Self (Kelli); his niece Crystal Hodebeck; his uncles, James Bishop (Alice) of Sherman Weaver, C. T and Bill Bishop (Vicki); and his aunt Glenda Bishop Several. He is also survived by Several cousins and other family and friends.
