He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his parents, Ollie Allen and Mae Allen; his siblings, Jesse (Lahoma Allen), Ethel (Monroe Waters), Richard (Ruth Allen), Ira (Lizzy Allen), Lynn (Ann Vita Allen), Elwood (Rainey), Leotta Allen (Bernice), Merle Tyler (Wanda), Don (Gigi Allen) and Connie (Hannah Allen); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Chatman and Santana Fox.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Chatman (Leslie), Danny Allen (Kelly) of Mead, OK and Toby Allen (Melissa) of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandchildren, Benjamin Morehouse (Sonja Garland), Lewis Chatman of Tucson, AZ, Cory Ehrsam (Carrie), Jenna Acuna and Kevin Fox of Stonewall, OK; and his great grandchildren, Stathis Limberis, Reanna Watson, Isiah Watson, Trinity Watson, Josiah Chatman of Oklahoma City, Landon Caudill, Bentley Ehrsam, Ella Ehrsam of Eubank Kentucky, Gunner Ehrsam and Addilyn Ehrsam.
