He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bobbie Ann Wagoner; his children, Michael Joe Wagoner James and William Wagoner (Autumn Kristina Ramsey); his siblings, James O'Dell Wagoner (Karen Charlie Wagoner), Ella Sprouse Edith Mays, Robert F. Wagoner, Mary Idabell Easley and Sylvia Sue Sprouse; and his nephews, Dennis Sr., Steven Mays and Danny Sprouse. He was also cherished by 11 Grandchildren 2 Great Grandchildren.
