Frances Loucille Loucille (Posey) Millard Obituary
On December 29, 2023, Frances Loucille (Posey) Millard got her wings and went to walk with the angels. She was 75 years old. She was born January 23, 1948, in Madill, Oklahoma to Walter and Sarah (Slaton) Posey.
Frances grew up in Madill, Oklahoma where she married Earnest Millard Sr. in Dallas, Texas in 1966. She later had 3 children and made her roots in West Texas. Frances worked at Texas Instruments and later decided to change her career path where she received her degree in nursing. Frances worked as a nurse for over 30 years until she retired. Frances loved traveling, camping, dancing, going to the Casino, and most of all enjoyed time with her grandchildren.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband Earnest A. Millard Sr., Mother and Father Walter and Sarah Posey, Brothers Fred Posey, Billy Posey, and Sister Betty (Posey) Kelly.
