Lewis; her children, Nancy Page May, Charles Lewis (Jeri), Oklahoma Nancy May (Terry), Madill, Oklahoma Ralph Page, Lebanon, Oklahoma Wilfa Boulton, Tishomingo and Oklahoma Doris Peery (Bob); her grandchildren, Angie Murray, Brad Boulton, Vicki Martin, Charlie Raby, Shelley Peery, Tammy Jordan, Craig Roberts, Chris Page, Lindsey Page, Charlotte Williams, Addie Gratz and Stacy Dawson; her sister Jackie Webster; her friend Mary Alice Page; her daughter Carolyn; her grandson Chad Page; her siblings, George, Billy Dale, Pete, John, Butch, Sue, Margie, Lillian and Ora; and also, Oklahoma Marvell Jackson, Madill and Oklahoma Best. She is also survived by 22 Great Grandchildren 9 Great Great Grandchildren.
