It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Terry Qualls of Madill, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father T. L. Qualls; and his sisters, Rebecca Faught and Diane Qualls. He is survived by: his wife Dyanna Qualls; and his grandchildren, Harley Parker, Storm Pierce and Connor Pierce. He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
