She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Thurm and Marilyn Thurm. She is survived by: her husband Sam Combs Jr.; her daughter Jessica Wilcox (JD); her stepchildren, Brandy Scarlett (Josh) and Sam Combs III (Destiny); her grandsons, Josh, Judd, Josiah, Sam Combs IV and Jake; and her siblings, Debra Westendorf (Bob), Bill, Doug (Sandy) and Tom Thurm (Lisa).
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lake Church (255 Knobb Rd, Kingston, OK 73439).
