He is survived by: his parents, Billy Floyd Philips and Diana Lynn Delozier Philips; his wife Karly Philips; his children, Kyler Maddox, Kaylee Philips, Koltyn Philips and Kashtyn Philips; his nephew Damien Maddox; his brother Derek Philips; his grandparents, Jack, Jackie Householder and Wanda Tidwell; and his pets, Klyfford, Khloey, Krash, Khleyo and Klair. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
