He is survived by: his wife Delta Sheppard (Silas); his sons, Matt Sheppard and Sam Sheppard; his siblings, Shari Sheppard of Okmulgee, OK and John Sheppard; his sister-in-law Kathy Sheppard of Walters, OK; and his stepdaughters, Kim Self, Tedda Hogan and Kristin Hogan. He is also survived by numerous friends and extended family.
