She was predeceased by: her parents, William Orlando and Lola Ginn (Looney); her husband Max M. Black; and her sons, Max W. Black and DeWayne Black.
She is survived by: her daughter Lola K. Skinner; and her brother W. O. Ginn. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren; her 11 great grandchildren; her 1 great-great grandchild; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
