He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Lee Briscoe. He is survived by: his children, Cassandra McEnery (Casie) of Sausalito, CA and James Travis Briscoe of Luther; his grandchildren, Wyatt James Briscoe, Sienna Jameson Briscoe and Briscoe Shaw McEnery (Beau); his former wife Mary Ann Shaw Briscoe; and also Tim of Sausalito, CA. He is also survived by cousins, two nieces and very close family friends.
