He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Theodore Stilwell and Alma Fledo Stilwell (Blackburn); his daughter Michele Angel Miller; and his siblings, John Stilwell and Patsy Hulsey.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lynn Stilwell (Foshee); his children, Michael Willard (Sheila), Tammy, Carol Norton, Richard Stilwell (Annetah) of Perry and Katherine Taylor (Jay) of Stillwater; his stepdaughters, Stacie Holland of Lucien and Lorie Gale (Bill) of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Hunter, Stephen, Norita, Independence, Ethan, Bobby, Raul, Tonie, Dustie and Ashton; and his brothers, Vernon, Tom of Pampa and Jim (Judy) of Washington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Lucien United Methodist Church in care of Trout Funeral Home of Perry, 1408 N. 7th St., Perry, OK 73077.
