He was predeceased by: his father Joe Maddux; his brother Tarrell Maddux; his grandparents, Willie, Mamie Wells, Alma and Evelyn Kamm; his uncle Gene Wells; and his cousins, Ric Wells and Brian Wells.
He is survived by: his mother Emma Lou Maddux (Wells) of Lookeba, OK; his aunt Georgia Wells of Binger, OK; his cousins, Lisa Bridgeforth (Chuck) of Wanette, OK, Debbie Wright (Larry) of Weatherford, OK and Michelle Austin (Sherman) of Apache, OK; and his pet Honey Belle. He is also survived by many other cousins, other relatives and friends.
