He is survived by: his spouse Brenda Holman; his children, Daniel East (Svitlana) of Anadarko, Chandra Hardy (Todd) of Oklahoma City, Sarah Neese (Michael) of Chickasha, Zachary East (Amy) of Whidbey Island, WA, Megan Owens of Anadarko, Alexei East, Brian East, Dylan Glidewell, Lauren Scott, Tristan East, Jarah East, Walker Neese, Taylor Moffa, Morgan Neese, Kennedy East and Zane Owens; his mother Geneva Barthel of Lookeba; and his siblings, Loneta Levinson, Linda Casper, Janie Lierle, Leon East, Jimmie East and Calvin East.
