She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Marie Oakleaf (Lorentz) and Paul Oakleaf; and her siblings, Richard Oakleaf, Carol Tuckerman and Joan Jackson.
She is survived by: her spouse F. Dale Rapp; her children, James Rapp (Deb) of Bettsville, OH, Chuck Rapp (Kelly) of Green Springs, OH, Ken Rapp (Christine) of Fort Seneca, OH and Lorri Barnes (Roger) of Clinton, OK; and her siblings, Donna Decker (Fred) of Florida, Barb Berger of Fremont, OH and Paul Oakleaf (Mary Kay) of Green Springs, OH. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
