He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Chaloupek and Lucille Chaloupek (Seifried); and his sisters, Barbara Louthan and Gloria Seal. He is survived by: his wife Patty Chaloupek; his children, Bobby Parkhurst (Mary) and Chera Merimon (Joe); and his grandchildren, Ryan (Starlin), Jimmie, Gracie, Kirstin, Brianna, Devin, Axtyn and Jett. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 36, Canton, OK 73724.
