With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Martin of Longdale, Oklahoma, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Franklin; his daughter Jo Ellen; his mother Rhea Leona Hasbrook (Hewitt); his sister Loretta "Rita" Leona Simmons; his stepgreat-granddaughter Katlin Vodry; and his daughter-in-law Sharon Martin.
He is survived by: his child Chris; his wife Reeta; his children, Sheryl Lynn Meier (Matt) of Garber, Christopher Douglas Martin of Hunter and LaDonna Ruth Meier (Mark) of Enid, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Rick Wilson (Cindy) of Goodwell and Shelly Jo Wilson of Billings, Oklahoma; his sister Donetta Kay Orwig (Gary); his grandchildren, Brett Meier, Jeff Meier (Erin), Doug Meier (Kala), Christopher Douglas Martin II, Johnna Davidson, Kyle Meier, Andy Meier (Karsten), Branden Meier and Jared Meier; and his stepgrandchildren, Steven Wilson (Tennelle), Brandy Vodry and Randy Wilson. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canton Christian Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through the funeral home.
