He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Hardenbergh and Esther Hardenbergh; and his brother Wallace Hardenbergh. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his daughters, Kathi (Sam Cohen) and Kristi (Jeff Oritt) of Spokane; his grandchildren, Madeleine, Eli, Aaron, Alex and Jacob; his stepchildren, Rick, Kaye McCormick, Carla, Brian Jolly, Darla and Mark DeMay; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Bobby McDonald, Lincoln, Jennifer Taylor, Berry, Amanda Byrd and Stephanie Mann; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gabe, Graycen, Kallie, Rhyatt, Dixie, Tanner, Deven, Braydon, Presha and Abel; and his great great grandchildren, Ethan, Kelce, Maise and Kamryn.
