She is survived by: her husband Ray Chapman; her children, Marvin Dwayne Chapman (Vivian) of Vinita, Delores Ann Aston (David) of Sayre and Crystal Gayle Shrum (Ron) of Big Cabin, Oklahoma.; and her brothers, John Moore (Dena) of Tulsa, Virgil Moore (Anita) of Carnegie and Mathen Moore (Kim) of Gotebo. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
