He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ann Clark; his sons, Douglas Wayne Blevins (Emma) of Lone Wolf, Randall Duane Blevins (Tana) of Hobart and Timothy Dale Blevins (Shelley) of Lone Wolf; his siblings, Donnel Blevins (Eloise) of Granite, Pat Blevins (Gloria) of Enid, Norma Ward of Wichita and Geneva Armstrong of Lone Wolf; his brother-in-law Bob Clark (Jane) of Altus; and his granddaughter Brooke Smith (Jarrod). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren: along with nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
