He is survived by: his daughter Sierra; his sister Linda Kay Pickard (Gage); and his nieces and nephews, Patsy Simmons (Gage), Patti Karen Edge, Wendy Lindberg, Lloyd Edge, David Gage and Jim Lindberg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
