He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carnes and Esther Helen Martha Carnes (Weber); and his siblings, Jeanette Rudat and Jerry Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Connie Collmer; and his children, Kelly Carnes of New Mexico and Marla Carnes of Altus. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
