He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jay Riggs and Homalene Navaih Riggs (Davis); and his daughter Debra Lynn. He is survived by: his sons, Jack Lynn Riggs (Lucy) of Michigan and Jimmy Lynn Riggs. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
