He is survived by: his children, Susan Kaye (Lyndal) of Cordell and James of Willow; his grandchildren, Shannon Dershem (Warfield) of Stillwater, Kerry Nelson (Tyler) of Martinez, Kyle Stoup (Martha) of Burns Flat and Kelly Stoup of Orem, Utah.; his great grandchildren, Ben, Abby, Hannah Dershem of Stillwater, Kate, Caroline, Charlotte Nelson of Martinez, Eli and Lydia Stoup of Burns Flat; and his siblings, Peggy Cargle (Bob) of Denver, Ted Scott (Ruby) of Blanchard and Mike Scott (Linda) of Texhoma. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peoples Cooperative Funeral Home (1400 Main St, Lone Wolf, OK 73655). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the People's Funeral Home Chapel (1400 Main St, Lone Wolf, OK 73655). A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Lone Wolf Cemetery.
