He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Crumpton and Yvonne Crumpton; his sister Rosie Crumpton; his grandparents, Ernest, Margaret Crumpton, Darrell and Frankie Vesely; and his sister-in-law Barbara Crumpton.
He is survived by: his brothers, Ricky of Hobart, Billy of Oklahoma City and Timothy Crumpton of Tampa Bay.
