He is survived by: his child Thomas Henrey Lazenby; his pet Missy; his children, Shelby Carter (Franklin), Garrett Blake, Michael Bentley (Jamie) and Sean Bentley (Cheri Bentley); his grandchildren, Koda Lane Lazenby, Hugh Bentley, Luna Bentley and Forrest Bentley; his siblings, Van Lazenby (Diane), William Lazenby (Linda), Suzanne Maryeski (Paul) and Edie Lazenby; and his friend Laretha Johnson-Vincent. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
