He is survived by: his wife Roberta Boelte; his daughters, Jennifer Cooksey (Marte), Joy Gosney (Larry) and Lindsey Leverich (Michael); his grandchildren, Colby, Austin, Mallory, Mariah, Max, Jade, Tyson and Preston; and his brothers, Mike Dugan (Cindy) and Dick Dugan (Dee). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
