He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Blevins and Leva Dale Blevins (Sunderland); and his siblings, Ronnel Blevins, Samuel Blevins (Bo), Harold Lee Blevins, Russia Mae Reeves, Marion Miles, Dorothy Pollard, Edwine Blevins, Audrey Blevins (Bud) and Hazel Henthorn.
He is survived by: his former spouse Alpha Jeanette; his wife Eloise "Sally" Brooks; his children, Donald L. Blevins (Cathy) of Duncan and Lana Dismuke of Duncan; his sister Geneva Armstrong (Norma Jean Ward) of Lone Wolf; and his grandchildren, Joshua Blevins and Elizabeth Blevins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
