He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Stone; his wife Annie Birmingham; his son Mike Colwell (Cindy) of Granite; his stepson Jerry Birmingham of Mississippi; and his daughters, Sue Wickard (Terry) of Lawton and Rhonda Marshall (Doug) of Elk City. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
