He was predeceased by: his mothers, Carol Wayne Elkins and Eleanor Elkins (Porter); his son Austin Elkins; his sister Donna Gifford; and his nephews, Kyle and Ryan Elkins.
He is survived by: his brothers, Rex Elkins (Karen) of Henryetta and Ricky Elkins (Kae) of Sentinel; and his nieces and nephews, Bridget, Heather, Kyla, Cody and Kraig. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
